Beautiful Blue Crowned Conure
One of South Florida’s many wild parrots stopped by this week and I was lucky enough to snap a few photographs. Florida’s only native parrot was the Carolina Parakeet which is now unfortunately extinct. Today’s many wild parrots in South Florida are all escapees from the pet industry.
